The past week has been a wonderful taste of Morocco’s magic! Experiencing the sights, sounds & smells of Morocco. Making new friends and increasing my knowledge of destinations and cultures, is vital to my business. A big thank you to Intrepid Tours & Envoyage for recognising the value of strong relationships with a small group of dedicated agents. With around 100 photos taken each day, it’s not easy choosing a few to share.Hello how awhat

Europe 2024

By |September 8th, 2024|Categories: Amsterdam, Austria, Belgium, England, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Switzerland|

Travelling through Europe felt like moving through multiple worlds in a matter of hours. High-speed trains and short flights made crossing borders effortless, with scenery shifting from rolling countryside to historic city centres almost instantly. Each destination had its own rhythm, language, and flavour, yet travel between them was smooth and well connected. The biggest positive of a European trip was the diversity packed into a single journey. From centuries-old architecture to vibrant food scenes and walkable cities, every stop offered something distinct. The mix of history, culture, and modern life made Europe endlessly engaging and perfect for travellers who [...]

Cambodia 2024

With a flight into Phnom Penh, followed by a short domestic flight and road journey to Siem Reap, I made it to Cambodia. Travelling by car through rural villages offered a glimpse into everyday life—stilted houses, rice fields stretching to the horizon, and children waving as we passed. The pace felt slower and more grounded, and moving between cities was refreshingly straightforward. By the time we arrived in Siem Reap, the atmosphere was relaxed yet full of quiet energy, setting the tone for exploring the country’s history and culture. Visiting Angkor Wat was the clear highlight of the journey. Arriving [...]

Japan 2024

From the moment I stepped onto the Narita Express, travelling felt seamless—clean stations, punctual trains, and clear signage made navigating a huge city surprisingly easy. Moving between neighbourhoods on the subway was an experience in itself, each stop revealing a different side of Tokyo, from neon-lit streets to quiet residential pockets. After a few days in the capital, I boarded the Shinkansen to Kyoto, gliding past cities and countryside at incredible speed. The train ride was smooth and almost meditative, with views of Mount Fuji briefly appearing through the window. Kyoto felt like a contrast to Tokyo—calmer, more traditional, and [...]

India 2023

By |January 1st, 2023|Categories: India, My Trips|

My journey to India began with a long-haul flight into Delhi, followed by an early-morning train ride to Agra. Watching the countryside roll past the window was an experience in itself—vendors hopping on and off, families chatting, chai being poured at every stop. By the time we arrived, the air felt different: warmer, busier, buzzing with anticipation. Navigating tuk-tuks through Agra’s streets was chaotic but oddly thrilling, and it made finally reaching the Taj Mahal feel even more rewarding. Seeing the Taj Mahal in person was one of those rare moments that truly lives up to the hype. The white [...]
